Banana Foster like you’ve never had it before!
Sugar Twin® Sucralose Granulated White Sweetener
banana extract, optional
rum extract (or ¼ cup dark rum)
slightly thawed vanilla ice cream
rinsed, hulled, and thinly sliced for garnish strawberries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice bananas in two sections lengthwise, and also crosswise into 3/4 inch sections. set the banana pieces in a mixing bowl and add lemon juice, SugarTwin® and cinnamon. Toss ingredients gently until evenly coated in the sauce. Spray a baking dish with non-stick baking spray and set aside. Place the banana mixture in the prepared baking dish and bake until the bananas are soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Next, ladle the banana mixture with the syrup into a blender. Slowly adding the banana extract, the rum extract or dark rum, milk and ice cream. Blend thoroughly and serve in desired glasses.
